Yes, all McClure’s Pickles, Sauerkraut, and Bloody Mary Mixes are naturally gluten-free, vegan, and Kosher-certified (Michigan Kosher Supervisors) and non-gmo verified.
Our pickles, bloody mary, sauerkraut are all pasteurized (meaning they go through a heat process) prior to completion. That is what makes them shelf stable. Our foodservice products that go into restaurants/hospitality are refrigerated items. All items other than the sauerkraut use vinegar to preserve them meaning they are not fermented. The sauerkraut is fermented, then pasteurized.
